Mechanical watches are always the best and can never be replaced by electrical watches like Apple. I appreciate good watches especially FP Journe's watches: its just beautiful and creative.

This fantastic video misses one important fact. The swiss watch making tradition was save by an immigrant dreamer called Hayek and his cheap plastic swatch!! Without him and his plastic watch there would be no swiss watch makers at all. And possibly no mechanical watch makers at all!

Very nice watches, if only I could afford one. I'll just have to settle for my mass produced omega and Rolex. 😂

Too bad France as a country doesn't have famous watchmaking industry unlike the Swiss. but look at this from another perspective, Journe, Papi (APRP), and Mille are all french. a lot of French is doing very well in Swiss watchmaking industry.

So it is not made by one guy in 6 months by hand as people who like this brand preach about. 1 mil dollars for watches made by a few young guys in a watch factory. Not saying that they are not amazing.
