Where is the data base reference manual you spoke of that you were placing here for us? I would love to have that!

Dear Sir, Am seeking to know if any standard report exists which would show me a the existing stock alongwith the valid selling price maintained for the item. I do understand it's from two different areas and such instances are best through developed reports, but just trying and learning to know if there exists some report for this. This is a useful information for the sales team, as most of you all would agree. Thanks and regards, Firoz

Hi Curtis, if you want to break down the taxes you should check out the tax subreport from the system documents, it will give you the tables and relationships on how you would join the tables to get specific tax codes. Then you could do a subquery or derived table, etc.

You would need to make a timestamp from the "CreateDate" and "CreateTS" columns on a normal document. Then you can measure the time difference to get the last five minutes.

@@montoya_SRB You can use an alert query to detect new GRPO, etc. Out of the box SAP doesn't work so well with this because it could potentially alert you multiple times. I would recommend using B1UP dashboards or B1UP Print & Delivery reporting so you can send an email alert when a new GRPO is added. Print & Delivery will send the email, mark the document as "read" (to prevent sending twice) and then sends the email to whomever you want. It's a really good system for this. If you use dashboards the B1UP dashboards can show you in real-time what documents are new and open.

Hello, I do not know what you mean. You first need to start with learning basic queries then work your way up to complex ones. There are only WHERE and GROUP BY clauses basically so if you can break out the query into pieces you can build the data structure you need. Not a great answer but I don't really understand the requirements.

Can you show how to pull a query that includes customers from a specific customer group that haven't purchased in a six month period along with those that have purchased. Scenario: We want to pull all customers from Customer Group A that have purchased from specific item groups and also those customers from Customer Group A that have not purchased in the past six months. Is that possible with one query?

Hi Shallon, yes this is totally possible. But I don't have enough information to write you a specific query. If you take my SQL course I will write it for you, should only take a few minutes. sql.battleshipcobra.com/ connect with me on LinkedIn if you want to provide me with more context.

I'm really thanks to you, but it does not work for my companies, because we change price list all the time. So i have another query to solve my problem. Here it is SELECT DISTINCT T3.[ListName], T0.[ItemCode], T1.[ItemName], T0.[Price] as 'New Price', T2.[Price] as 'Old Price' FROM ITM1 T0 INNER JOIN OITM T1 ON T0.[ItemCode] = T1.[ItemCode] INNER JOIN AIT1 T2 ON T1.[ItemCode] = T2.[ItemCode] INNER JOIN OPLN T3 ON T0.[PriceList] = T3.[ListNum] WHERE T1.[UpdateDate] = [%0] ORDER BY T1.[ItemName] but it does not display what i want. I need display with price now and price before only for 1 price. but in that query i display all old price so i really don't know what the latest old price. Can you help me for solve this problem?
