Very insightful. However, I have a concern in regards to article 83, in the video it says administrative fine is up to 20, 000 000 EUR, or in the case of an undertaking, up to 4% of the total worldwide annual turnover of the preceding financial year, whichever is higher. However, the gdpr acts says administrative fine is up to 10, 000 000 EUR, or in the case of an undertaking, up to 2% of the total worldwide annual turnover of the preceding financial year, whichever is higher. Kindly correct me if I am wrong.
What is the difference between article 45 & 46
