    Really a great job , Im a G.surgeon resident from other part of the world who are always placed to assess cases by his own without-out seniors supervision , its my neurosurgical rotation and left alone to carry out the department in the absence of the neurosurgeons, so such these videos are quiet helpful, thank you very much
