Recently got ShaperBox 2 cause i wasn't aware of V3 coming out, but i see you guys did justice by letting people who bought the V2 after Sept 1 2022 get the V3 for free, so grateful for that, great move that a lot of companies would have not bothered doing ! On top of that the update is legit and has some great additions to it !

What was your upgrade price? Mine is saying $79 although I've seen others say $39? Maybe it depends on what version you have? I have Shaperbox 2 though...

I hope the Cableguys have no trouble sending the Cablekids to college now that I compulsively buy anything that says "shaperbox" on it. This has become my favorite plugin for experimentation. Audio triggering is going to streamline a lot of hackery I was using in Ableton to make bespoke MIDI triggers - awesome release!

Audio Triggering is a huge gamechanger for this. I also was never the biggest fan of editing curves in Shaper Box, so some of these changes do make it seem to be a bit more intuitive with a lot of how other plugins handle drawing in your own lines/curves. I was a big fan of NoiseShaper and considering how that dynamic audio tracking feature seems to be standard across all ShaperBox FX makes this seem like an obvious upgrade. $29 seems more than fair an upgrade price for what's been newly added.

I don’t use audio triggering so the only feature I would be interested in is the curves editing as I find it really difficult to use in 1 and 2. I do love Shaperbox but the curves jumping all over the place is really frustrating so I just use the presets.

@@hottroundzproductions Yes, there's a free trial! Download at www.cableguys.com/shaperbox.html It has no time-limit and works just as the full version, but you can only open one instance at a time, and it does not save your settings.

I love that upgrade path for Shaperbox 2 owners, instant buy!

This is how all plugin makers should act. I'll gladly throw them €30/$30 for the next version since it's clearly worth it. Fuck Waves on the other hand. "Leasing" VST's to people and forcing them to buy again when reinstalling Windows or getting a new computer. Also that Dongle shit can fuck right off.

You guys always kill it! It hurts a little to pay for each upgrade, but they’re all worth it! Premium effects and usable GUIs like this aren’t easy to develop.

Well, a top notch Phaser or Flanger sounds different, you better check out Evenitde. Liquid has that artificial chipmunk effect, it's rather for music for small kids imo

I sat on ShaperBox 2 for a while, but just recently started diving into it and having a blast... Wasn't expected an update so soon - but I'm glad to see they made the editing tools work the way that I actually DID expect them to; The previous version required a bit more trial-and-error clicking and just wasn't quite as intuitive.

As much as I loved shaperbox 2 and it is such a creative tool I never enjoyed editing shapes much. V3 editing is a massive improvement and audio triggering is a fantastic addition opening up more creative possibilities. Very impressed and cheap to upgrade.

Volumshaper2 was the first plugin i bought ever, so I've seen shaperbox devoloped over almost a decade. I've always updraded when they ive m a good eal like nwo with 39€ upgrade. The audio triggering is sick and at last support for tiplets! :D

Great work! That’s how the lines editing should be. Solid updates! A dedicated well-working oscilloscope would be a great add-on for the next round - as an analyzing tool (plz allow for a line only, no-fill waveform with zooming).

Amazing update with actually useful new features and the fairest upgrade pricing I've ever seen of any Audio company. You all know how to run a business and treat customers right. The only thing on my wishlist that could make this better is a dedicated Oscilloscope module as part of SB that can take at least 2 source inputs and allows comparison of wave forms etc...

Hard to find a phaser and flanger that sound worse imo, it has that chipmunk sound. Eventide makes some decent flangee6and phaser effect. I don't understand why less than mediocrity is hyped?!

The video's not as flashy as the ShaperBox 2 trailer video, but the plugin sure makes up for that! There's many small details such as the animation of the selection box shrinking to match the selected nodes, which add that additional layer of polish to the product.

Yeah, that ShaperBox 2 trailer was something very special. Especially for me, 7 days in the studio with one of my favourite producers. Providing a free update for recent buyers if Shaperbox2 means a lot. Good looking out! A cool future add on would be a small module that lets you draw shapes for the master dry/wet knob, or a module that can shape the wet signal of each engaged module.

Shaperbox is so much creative fun, money well spent

Beautiful and affordable way to spice up those bland melodies and drum arrangements. I was kind of looking for an alternative to Glitch and I think I have found one. Lovely.

I like the flexibility of the two modules I alerady have, would be great to have the whole set!

Was expecting a reverb module also. 🥺 Would have been awesome addition Anyhow awesome plugin
