I hate having to drop down to the desktop to view stuff, I'd rather have a popup like the Win10 menu. My taskbar is always full, so where would the stuff on the sides have room to go?

I felt it kinda disturbing. I have no problems with watching animations, transitions, blinking, etc. however here the effects seemed too much.

This effect can be possible. And I can implement it in Coldflame OS, but this is gonna complicate things for users.

I love how Microsoft even uses this exact background music in their Copilot+ ad, Avdan was ahead of it’s time😅

I'm so amazed. That was literally jaw dropping, the we that you made the taskbar so tidy but cosy. It looked a bit like a chrome book TB but done to complete perfection. The Spotify/music thing as well... JUST WOW, this has to be the best video I have seen to date. The way you packet all that into such a short video was so cool. The re imagined file explorer was so god damn smart. + The new windows logo u made looks even better then W11 and the widgets + wallpapers were such a cool looking feature I would 100% use.

The wallpapers that change according to the widgets are unlikely to arrive, but everything else in the concept is what I would like to see in future Windows 12. Well done Avdan!

Interactive wallpapers isn't a science fiction and can be done with the current technology but the problem is it will only be supported with some pre-selected wallpapers

plus, then only windows default wallpapers will adapt, and windows wants custom wallpaper cause they know thats what people do. also on the "its useless", it looks cool and makes windows 12 look cooler so that means more money

@@ulanaitbay Oh you'd be surprised what nonsense microsoft has done already with Windows 11, I wouldn't put it past them honestly, although with it being something people actually want I know it'll never come

The closest thing we have to tags is the metadata imbedded in certain file types and that is something that is something that is mostly obscure for the average user. The collection's idea is absolutely genius and I really want to see someone implement it for real.

@@gravitytech I know, but I was talking more in the sense of what Microsoft gives you by default. When it comes to third party programs, then yeah, sky's the limit and we are able to add things like tabs to the file explorer since at least Windows vista.

The files app is a work of art, other than being a bit janky on some PCs (and I blame that mostly on being built on the UWP platform), it definitely puts Microsoft to shame.

The "Collections" and "window grouping" concepts are really eye-catching and would be so useful. Here's hoping Microsoft implements them at some point! (And separates File Explorer from the shell because, come on, that's been a long time coming. Maybe the system wouldn't crash as often?)

This would be incredible! I just foresee a lot of issues with demolishing processing power with adaptable wall papers. Such a cool idea that sadly is merely cosmetic in nature, so I don't think MSFT's dev team would focus too much on it. Love the new fluid UI though. Smashing!

this is definitely your best concept to this date, quite sad that microsoft will never be able to make something as beautiful as this. love your work

Implementing is harder than video editing. Also a large company like microsoft can't do just a quick random design like this. Though if I had the ability, I will choose this to be the windows 12!

@@MP-uv3nd not really, no. Not as far as I can tell, anyway. Libraries let you combine multiple folders into one conceptual space, sure, but I'm talking about grabbing multiple files from multiple folders and then moving them into their own actual folder.

@@Benjie56 I'm not looking for replacements, though. I find it annoying enough but there's no real way to fully replace windows explorer as it's practically the shell, "open in folder" and such will never truly work. Tabs in file explorer (w11) make things a bit easier, but yeah.

Bruh this is just straight up amazing. From looks to features! The all new multitasking in explorer and ability to create collections is very thoughtful and would definitely be useful. The looks and design of icons are just🔥 With the flow of animations being so free. That's amazing. It would be nice if Microsoft actually hired a guy like this to work for them.. I find this concept very beautiful. It has a nice, minimalistic design, some snazzy and dynamic animations, and some new and probably useful features. The new "desktop" is also an interesting idea. However, I would like a kind of "old" desktop in addition to the tidy interface. For this I can well imagine a small control panel on the lower bar for changing the surfaces (Desktop 1/Desktop 2) and the layout selection of the same (in a drop-down menu or something). cya

OK, consider me impressed! The new taskbar is a great concept, I'd love to see it happen in the next version of Windows! The file explorer also looked amazing - tags and collections look like a helpful feature. You really got me with in-window-splitscreen, that is a truly amazing idea! I don't care much for widgets, so the reactive wallpapers are - though quite a nice idea to be honest - not my favorite part of the whole concept. If anyone from Microsoft is reading this - there's a lot of potential in here, maybe (please!) be inspired? Oh and bring back the Windows 10 context menus, the new ones suck (or at least let me add and/or remove items from the new one) - please! Awesome work!

You did a fantastic job, this looks exactly like what Microsoft would make Windows 12 look like, they're definitely taking notes right now.

Your concepts are ALWAYS so beautiful. The last time I commented on a concept video of yours, I said “I wish MSFT did smt like this” and Windows 11 ended up being very close to it, just a little worse lol. So let’s cross our fingers that they do smt like this for Windows 12 for real.

Microsoft is on notice, because this is all brilliant. I love the way it takes great Windows 11 elements, but makes them better. It feels like a genuine upgrade and organic flow as well. I really wish they would make these features reality. Although we have some things like them, nothing is as fully formed as what you're showing here. Amazing.

this is fire... it's fascinating what the community outside microsoft can imagine, yet still frustrating to think very few of this would make it to a final release :(

This is a brilliant concept - I especially LOVED the "drag and collect" feature, I'd have never thought of that. The only thing I'm not a fan of are the app logos - I like the minimalistic design, not so much a fan of the overly rounded edges. A bit too 2015 for my taste.

What if I pin a lot of icons to the task bar? Like over 20? Then how would the music player in the right corner be?
