Bad batches/faults are usually down to materials or where he got ingredients from/if someone didn’t do their job to standard- so sometimes it’s out of the persons control. Most his stuff is good!

Manufacturing problems happen and quality control is not a robot but a human, we all make mistakes mrs. perfect.

@@CC-pq6rj I haven't had an issues with the Blue Blooded pallete. But if you want a good blue pallete and you didn't like Blue Blood try the colour pop Blue Moon pallete. I got it before my partner bought me Blue Blooded for Christmas and it was good. It has 9 shades, very rich blues and really nice shimmer and glitter shades. Itd only 9 shades tho but if you just want a small pallete than it's good enough in my books!

They are just out there selling their expensive ass products and not giving back to their communities. Not only does Jeffrey donate money to charities and people in need CONSTANTLY, but he also knows how bad people want his products and he knows that many people cant afford the products that they want. He made them more easily accessible, that is something that most brands would never do. Therefore it is something to thank him for.

This packaging... might even be more userfriendly for movement-restricted people! My friend who has arthritis always says how difficult some make-up packaging is, with all the tiny flaps, this one she can just grab and pull to get the lipstick out :)

I agree! I have an auto immune disease that effects all my joints and most packaging is nearly impossible for me to open. I’m soooo happy brands are starting to be more movement friendly. Unfortunately I’ll never own one of his products since I can’t work since my hips and back are fusing, but I’m soooooo in love with and thrilled with his new packaging!

I know! I reach for my good foundation and bronzer as well and say what's the use!? I wear a mask all day at work and even the best setting sprays do not win against the massskk! Forget lipsticks! Yet these look amazing! Pubs here in Scotland are all closed here for two weeks to get numbers down ( Edinburgh and Glasgow) so that's me not going out anytime soon! Uggh! Covid sucks on all levels and my lipsticks look sad in their drawer!
