The 3.5L model, will hot water reach boiling point temperature?

Hi, it will not reach 100 degree celsius, but around 95 degree celsius. Thank you!
Am i supposed to fill the tank from the top tank after the filter and let it flow down into the tank?

Yes exactly right! Make sure the filter is fitted into the top tank and placed into the main water tank and pour water into the top tank to allow the water to filter into the bottom half of the tank :)
Does it have continuous water outflow setting?

Hi, this is usually due to not enough water in the water tank. If you've filled up the water tank and the problem persists, please bring your product down to our customer service centre for our team to check the issue. Thank you!
Can the tank lid work even without the filter holder inside?

Yes! You may use it without the filter and filter tank if you already have filtered water in your home :)
Is the water tank removable when topping up water for the 4.5litre one ?

Can i know how do i fill the tank to the max? Do i hv to remove the filter everytime to refill through the hole which the filter is at and push back the filter?
