Introducing the Thought-Feeling Connection (CBT Clinical Demonstration)

In this video, we show an example of a therapist explaining the thought-feeling connection to a client. This discussion is often a part of introducing the client to cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT) and its treatment targets.
