First let me say, I think this is a pretty awesome airplane, but I can't help but think it almost looks more like a boat than an airplane. I'm sure it's priced in the millions which competes with other nice aircraft although they have their limitations, i.e., private jets , TB900 etc. but then again you did say it is more designed for bush type flying which the others don't do that's why it's probably a good choice for the all around pilot.

The standby instrument they talk about at 3:30 has its own internal battery in case the primary systems fail. It can independently power the instrument long enough to land.
