Well, thank you :) The "Who has time?" question comes up quite often. To put it simply, being an artist is all I know how to do. It is how I spend ALL of my time.

Where did you get the songs for this video?
@BLitwin
3 жыл бұрын
They're all from my two albums - "I'll Give You The Bus Money, Honey!" and "You Rascal You."
You just put a smile on my face, great cards.
Your cards are a great combination of art and engineering and demonstrate some awesome talent!
Phantastic ideas. Especially the one with the dragonfly cast a smile on my face. You are a very inspired person, Brad!
as a physicist, I find this a fantastic idea for present.
Outstandingly ingenious!
Thank you Brad for your inventions.
I'm loving both the video and the wonderful creations.
Combination art and engineering. Cool Beans.

Thats Amazing i like the idea as a whole and it is done perfectly! :)
Congratulations on creating such original and beautifully decorated novelties
These are so amazing!! Each one dropped my jaw another inch. And the music is equally as good!
Would make really great presents, but they're just too expensive :/ But that makes sense, as I can imagine the work involved to develop a card, and to assemble all of them by hand.
1:30 An accurate representation of my brain...
AWESOME! For obvious reasons I loved the radial engine! Great work!
Very well done. The whole commercial sort of felt like a pixar short film, it just had that sort of spirit.
well thats cool but how is it a greeting card. can you have them personalized or something
@BLitwin

+Boltyboy120 thebro Well, it's not a greeting card, like you might buy at the corner drug store. But, it's small enough that you can easily send by mail. And, you can include your own greeting, if you like.

+Brad Litwin cool
Ther cool as chuck. Why haven't we seen them marketed if it's struggling you could easily do a dirty joke line and they'd sell very well to all trades men and a lot of others. Use rubber bands to reset a one way mech like a skirt being lifted. Or use these mechs for a jolly good Rodgering top hat an all. Fritz the cat style lol. I wish you well these are ace why stop at cards I see interactive art.

Maybe it's just me, but... I feel there's something... Sexual in that radial engine's movement... Perhaps it can be repurposed as a suggestive Valentine's day card.

Thank you. Your art has put my sole at ease for today.
I really enjoyed watching your artistic mechanisms. Where mechanical principles meets humanity. Thank you!
these cost over $100
@BLitwin

+Jordan Cato Actually, they range in price from $75 to $125. Most are in the $75 - $85 range.

+Jordan Cato These are also hand made, and Made in the USA (if you care about that, which I do). The time it takes to make the parts, let alone design makes these worth it. Amazing pieces of art.
People complaining about price: This is a purest form of art. I see no issue with the cost, because this is rare, and the craftsmanship looks amazing. Imagine how much this would be one day 50-100 years from now, i.m.o.
Awesome!! Beautifully crafted, and really innovative. Thankyou for sharing
Absolutely delightful and enchanting!
It's inspirational to see this kind of mechanism enough, but with the music being performed by himself it's fabulous and smart. Long live! :)
WOW That strum-u-lator thing is just amazing. . .
These are beautiful pieces of art
This kept my attention. Very clever creations!
These are amazing. Thanks for adding cool stuff to the world!
These cards are lovely! Also, I just HAD to purchase your "You rascal you" CD! Definitely recommending to my friends and family!
Seriously. The cards are fantastic, but I keep watching the video to listen to the music. Everything in this video is awesome to me.
So cool. Love the radial engine the most.
Wow, How clever is that and for me you left the best ’til last. Great stuff, hope these are a huge success.
I absolutely love it when mechanical becomes almost organical! Very nice.
You are a master. You have my sincere devotion.
the yike-a-cycle is my favorite. these are all amazing!

There is are some serious geniuses out there. Bravo!
These contraptions are awesome dude!!!
Great idea and craftmanship
hands down the coolest thing i ever saw.
@BLitwin Thank you) In search of the performer I listened all the artists singing this song, your voice is the best)
This is seriously awesome!
You have to be some kind of genius to do this. It´s amazing!
The "Yike-a-Cycle" is, by far, my favorite. Keep up the great work!
Incredible! You have amazed and inspired me. Wow!
These are really awesome art works!
I love the music for the second one!!!
Very ingenious. Congratulations!
Absolutely amazing! These would especially appeal to the technically inclined (though they're beautiful pieces of art as well) - incredibly what you've done with mostly paper!
VERY clever and unique! I like the variations in concepts. The YES NO is a real surprise! Great name, too. I like combining words like that...it's like mechanics itself. Best of success with MechaniCards.
Your soundtrack is Epic! the cards are sweet!
You are AMAZING! I hope you sell a billion of these! Wow...
It's simply marvelous!!!!

fretkillr!!!! love everything you made on youtube! keep on!
Thank you, João. The recordings are all me and my band, recorded about ten years ago. Albums and tracks available on CDBaby.
I am impressed. I've been trying to make these in elementary school for a long time. It never worked because I didn't have enough fasteners.
Yes, indeed. First ones made around 1905, as I recall. Plenty still in service, too. Don't know if any are still made, new, not being in the aircraft biz. But, I wouldn't be at all surprised.
997,619th Viewer. Is that close enough? As a mechanical engineering student, this really made my day! Great work.
I bet these are really satisfying to use.
Very amusing, nice and original, keep up the good work!
beautiful colour templates
This is awesome man! Very beautiful pieces too.

Those are awesome!
There are ingenious... wastes of space. But seriously, if I was a kid I'd enjoy them a lot. There were all kinds of mechanical toys like this when I was a kid in Croatia. Inspirational.

These are so cool!
Amazing! Great music, congratulations.
love your work man - it's fun!!
Cool. Thanks for uploading.
Well played sir! Better than watching a tennis match!
wowsers :) The pop-up book has evolved. Very cool stuff
Actually, this Radial Engine does have a non-pivoted "Master Rod,"at the 12 o'clock position. If you look very closely, you'll see that there's no pin in that rod, which is fixed with the hub.
