The app is really cool, it would be really helpful to be able to switch accounts/have multiple accounts at once. Eg. one self hosted one and one Grafana Cloud account as fallback/redundancy :)

Is that integrated with any Incident management solution? E.g. when you press ack/resolve in the app, could it also reflect it in 3pv system like ServiceNow or Jira ServiceDesk?

That's not something we support at the moment, but it will be possible soon :) we're working on new webhooks that will let you do whatever you need on any alert state change
