This is the very fist meeting between adult male boxer Rex (4y) and young male boxer puppy Sammie (8w). Our only concern was that Rex would be too excited and use his paws to hard. It all went well and they are now best friends.

BoxerRex Rex is doing terrific with Sammie. We have found with boxer Lola before she spends time with a puppy, my husband takes her for a brisk walk getting out some of that excess excitement and energy before puppy time. Really enjoyed the live stream. Your work is greatly appreciated.

Peter, you and your wife had very excellent handling of Rex and Sammie. True responsible pet owners. Both gorgeous boxers.

*Rex finally began to relax around Sammie.*

So happy Rex the Iron man, he got a little brother. Fast forward, who knew that Sammie and Rex would have such a close bond and attachment to one another and Rex grooming his younger sibling? Sammie loves his bigger brother and he looks up to Rex as a role model for mostly everything. These are two majestic beautiful dogs, I'm sure they get a lot of questions like "where did you buy them from".? They sure are a perfect match for each other as we followed the two along their journey in life, it is a joy to watch them..

That is a very brave puppy! Rex is smothering him with sloppy kisses😀

I have owned and loved boxers for over 30 years.. they are the most wonderful souls, and I often watch Rex. He is such a beautiful boy and reminds me of my darling Zeno who left me in December... (he was a South African show champion, my best friend in the world.) Keep making the videos, now of him and Sammy... they brighten my day and give so much pleasure. I went back in time to see when Rex 1st met Sammy. I’ve shocked Sammy adapted right away. I can see Sammy liked Rex and was was totally impressed and not intimidated. Ha! I’m proud of Sammy.

my male boxer acted the same way with our new pup long ago. after a few minutes of just letting them play they were best of friends. The older male was very excited but gentle at the same time.
