Very interesting, surprised you haven't had more views on this, maybe showing each process on separate vids might, i.e one for steel, one for alu and so on. Main reason I'm asking is what are the names or brands of the treatment products you use? In a lot of countries, such as UK a lot of chemicals are restricted and therefore disguised in brand names.
How does your steel not flash rust when rinsing with water before phosphating?

Typically, city water is not low enough in pH to cause flash rusting. If flash rusting is happening during your water rinse, check the pH of your city water.

@@Skeeter_420 pH neutral is 7. Most city water is 7-8.
