I love that savings book! Smart to aim for over 20% down payment! We did that with our current home. I hated having an escrow account

I see so many people struggle with escrow shortage every year making their payments so high. I’d love to avoid that. We’ve still got 4 years. So hopefully enough time to let it grow, life willing. Thank you for watching for me today, em
My daughter has a curio cabinet filled with things like cat skulls, an ox skull, a snake skeleton etc.. She loves bones in general but skulls are her fav. She would love that savings challenge book. Oh cool, we are also planning on buying some land and moving to WV. We are suppose to go look at properties this fall. Though I have also been looking in SE Ohio too. Take care 💙

Oh! I love that Elaine! I wish I could collect macabre things but I’m kind of squeamish. lol. No way! West Virginia is so beautiful! We’ve driven all over the country and when we went through there I knew it was my place. The land is so gorgeous! Thank you for spending some time with me, Elaine! Made my day seeing you here :D
