Hello, for some reason it says 'master" property instead of essential property in the essential graphics panel. What's the difference and how do I switch it?

How do I delete a property I added in the essential graphics?

... but does this also work on text? Let's say you added the text "Primary Comp" in the Essential Graphics and make duplicates of the PRIMARY comp in the Main comp.
