Thank you! super psyched I found your work .. Barefoot Strong (the book) arrived today! ...also.. just found out my local physiologist is a EBFA certified Barefoot Specialist! (Jennifer Kurtz) ... my 5th metatarsal fracture is forcing me back to basics .. to build the foundation before I put the roof on .... grateful for you and your work!

Best barefoot and foot strength channel on KZread! And a pleasure to watch you. I am currently getting a "Spiraldynamik"-coaching in Germany in order to get rid off my foot problems. I am now 100% on barefoot or minimalist shoes or Shamma´s Sandals. As you are also talking about spiral lines - have you ever heard of this concept which was first described by Dr. Larssen from Switzerland? He is a fascinating person and has rolled out his philosophy in Europe.

Thank you so much for this. If one finds they are doing dysfunctional compensations, like hips planing out, as you mentioned/clenching floor with toes/tightening around neck, is it better to avoid doing the routine, or will your body/mind relearn and recallibrate by doing them? I don't want to reinforce these faulty compensations I've acquired, but I really feel this routine would be helpful. Again, thank you for such excellent information and instruction. Take care

i cant do the foot tripod because i cant feel/produce force with the fitht digit and metatarsal. its pinchy on both ankles at the outside.

What if my meniscus is torn? This is painful... any suggestions?

Who do I treat my bunions, it's not big but painful? When I walk I feel a lot of pain in to section of my feet and feet or n look flat.
