Introduction and Overview of The Gospel According to Proverbs
This sermon is the introduction to a sermon series by Dr. Voddie Baucham on the Gospel According to Proverbs. In this sermon, Dr. Baucham lays the foundation for the remaining sermons that will highlight the Gospel message in the book of Proverbs.
Dr. Baucham begins by stating that the book of Proverbs is wisdom literature; he endeavors to ensure the listener understands the importance of knowing the context, genre, and type of literature they engage with. People reading Proverbs should realize it is not law or prophecy; this is why you find similar or even the same proverbs in other places. The pastor wants us to understand that wisdom is observed and gathered as truth over time, and all wisdom and truth are found in Christ.
The four points discussed in this message are:
• Wisdom is not law.
• The difference between indicative and imperative.
• Christ is The Wise Son of Proverbs.
• The New Testament interprets the Old Testament.

Whatever the enemy has taken out of our schools, we must place Almighty God’s goodness and mercy back into our homes, neighborhoods and churches. It is essential for true believers to give of our time money and gifts to the poor, fatherless, motherless, orphans, sick in mind and body. By putting on the full armor of God we can finally walk in spirit and truth, honoring our elderly leaders and teaching children to respect authority and our lonely widows. Hallelujah! 🕊️

Now that the churches have split, saints, we are available to help the true believers of UMC, who have not bowed down to Baal. Leaving the wide road, activating the true promises of God, our Creator, thanking him for teaching us how to prosper. We thank Almighty God Jehovah, for showing us how to get wealth, investing in your kingdom. It is God who gives us the ability to get wealth and not the government. All of these new partnerships created by Jehovah-jireh, are equally yoked, no longer partnering with government resources that are against our faith. From now on, we will only establish, Faith-based, Human Relations Support Networks, for the Body of Christ. We thank God for showing us how to disconnect with the anti-Christ system that is supported by non-profits and churches. Thank you Father for setting your captives free and giving us the ability to connect with likeminded individuals and communities of faith, serving believers and their families. Yes, Lord, we have left the wide road. We are here to partner with all Pastors and people in authority who love our country, willing to fill in gap for widows, fatherless, motherless and the poor in spirit. Thank you for this wonderful outpouring of the gift of the Holy Spirit. Romans 8, states that through your spirit Lord, we have been adopted, ABBA FATHER, strengthen us to continue to walk in the Spirit and by Faith we walk by Faith, blessed by your grace, King Jesus. 💁🏾🇺🇸🕊️

This teaching opened my eyes to why my adult children raised in the church walked away from the Lord.

I was raised in the church and walked away from the Lord, but my grandmother was on her face before the Lord. She would tell me the hard truth about EVERYTHING. So keep praying; God is faithful. My adult children have also taken the long way around, BUT GOD has the final say.

To God be the Glory Today. We are praying without ceasing for America to return to God our Creator. We need honest people to lead this country, not scientists, politicians, or new bishops, who are hell bent on destroying the planet. Come Lord Jesus, and save our most vulnerable. In Jesus name.
