Do Custom modules around 100-200 a day, rest of the time you can revise old Qbank and notes

It has signs of Meningial Irritation Nuchal Rigidity is a sign of Meningial Irritation Other signs are also there

Oh like that Excellent doubt So in Sub Arachnoid Haemorrhage the Bleeding is into the Subarachnoid Space which contains the CSF The Normal CSF/Intracranial pressure is around 8-15 mm Hg (Low pressure) where as Arterial pressure is high, so when there is a bleed from these High Pressure arteries into the CSF there is a sudden and large Increase in the Intracranial pressure which causes severe headache This is called Thunderclap Headache
