For a quick summary, as you mentioned about the lyrics "looking for someone", yes they talk about Jeonghan looking for "someone" he lose. And that he makes people in the city sleep to make that "someone" stayed in the dream while he keep searching for them. And people who fell asleep are actually enjoying their happiness dream that Jeonghan created. But then Wonwoo happen to know about it. And he wanted people to wakes up and seek happiness in reality not in the dreamland. So he taps every forehead to enter their dream and chased after Jeonghan to stop him. Near the ending, Jeonghan actually loses in his own created dream. And that's why he kneel down looking helpless in front of wonwoo. And Wonwoo taps his forehead so that Jeonghan go back to his reality. With no more dreams and nightmares. And that makes Wonwoo The "THIS MAN" people been talking about.
