Yeah, definitely try to hold onto the western territories. It makes the campaign much more interesting. And the Romans regularly engaged in wars/occupations at a monetary loss, so that aspect of it isn’t wholly unheard of. Plus, if you can maintain it and eventually expand the future payoff will be a big one!

and with the pikes not being on guard mode they will take a couple more losses but they also kill a lot more to counteract that. :)

Its a good idea to always switch between guard mode and off. Have it on while they push your army but when they start taking loses turn it off so they move up a bit then turn it back one again its the best way to keep your pikes pushing fighting while being in a defensive position

I would recommend when you try to get an alliance with Mordor again to try diplomacy with a lower influence character. Maybe a Mordor fort with nobody in it. I think the higher influence of the mordor general that you were negotiating against was hurting you since your diplomat was not that good

Hello, my friend. Yes, definitely get on the challenge. It is to have one kingdom in the West and one kingdom in the East. That's the challenge, guys! We must try to hold both! Now on the camapign map, I think that the armies near Alcfud will retaliate against their lost capital - not sure about the doomstack, however... In case you have an army, you should try and sneak Barad Vin, so as to close your open wing near Eldalonde. From Alcfud, you are in a center position, which gathers everything over you, so Gimilzor will have a lot of work there. Thus, it's very beneficial that you have the strongest army right there. In your case, I would try to secure a flank, so as to funnel the Enedwaithrim to a certain position, where you can easily defend, while you scoop the other regions. For this, of course, you'll need to wait and gather any possible mercs and train troops. In the east, I feel that the King is in the position to march his army out for Sant Annui, so that the force sieging Caras Pharazon shall stay back. Though I think you'll have a good and successful defense should they attack. From Sant Annui, you can then proceed north to Ilanin and then make a good circle in the regions of Rhovannion, until you touch them in Mornedhel, where you'll be in contact with Rhun. Your economy will rise step by step, as it is now in a better condition that in the previous episode. Just consider my proposition of being at first in alliance with Mordor and in a second gamethrough in alliance with Gondor, if you want to showcase the two choices. This is something that would add a lot to your gameplay - as well as in the program, because you upload two episodes for this campaign between the Woodland Realm episodes, the one being with the alliance with Mordor and the other the alliance with Gondor. Just consider this. Have a nice time.

When you queue the conscription camp, you can look at the settlement information tab, and it'll show a decrease to the law and happiness of the settlement. Subtract that by the current public order, and you will get the public order that you'll have after the conscription camp is built.

I'm not gonna stop requesting Suduri being renamed Minas Tremac. That badass enemy king died with honor and reserved the right to have a burial in Suduri. Which should be renamed Minas Tremac

Sorry for snatching up Sudúri from you. I just saw someone in past episode suggest it and I thought that it was good name, I haven’t seen your suggestion though. I hope you will be pleased with Alcfud being named after Tremac.

@@toby01sk41 no problem I just liked it but actually don't get me wrong. Morlond is a cool name. I just remember how impressive and badass Tremac was. He was a enemy but he fault honorably, died bravely, and should be honored a numenorean style burial. Even that enemy king should be seen as a hero even as a enemy. He died a badass. But that's just my roleplay. In truth, naming Alcfud Minas Tremac (city of Tremac) should be a sign of dignity and be granted the burial. The numenoreans have his body in their possession. The Adunaim can return him to the capital. In roleplay terms it will win the natives for recruitment

The dorwinen crossbowmen have gold armor when fully armored and would look so cool to see with Rhun Gold troops as well as your own.

Also small side note, check out the "Marksmen of Cair Andros" stats and notice something odd about them :D. Let's just say they each one of those soldiers are fathered by a freaking mumakil.

Maybe consider an alliance with Gondor? They should be much more open to an alliance as they continue loseing to Mordor. When they eventually get beaten entirely you can still ally with Mordor, provided you did not directly fight Mordor and maintained trade with them. Also I like the two kingdoms narrative very much.

Well with Alcfud taken hopefully it will hamper their abulity to recruit at least a little bit. Also, doesn't your Western kingdon leader have another son who is going to come of age soon? I was under the impression that once general of a unit died, the unit was wiped out regardless at the end of the battle.

Are we still doing the name suggestions for the settlements ? If so, then someone in the 3rd video suggested Morlond for Sudúri. I think it is a cool name. Great video as always, keep it up ! :D

Not really worth focussing on eco in the west since its nowhere near the capital so it still has high corruption. Best thing would be the go better units+free upkeep building wich both gets bonus PO from law wich in turn lowers corruption. After that go eco🎉

Why do you want so much to be allied to Mordor? Splitting your armies was a very good idea to have a challenging campaign.

You’re not going to get an alliance with Mordor because your diplomat is trash. I believe your other one up north is maxed out.

could you please understand that when they get broken you dont kill them you take them prisoners. In this case you just need to persue them with cavalry not to shoot them

Why leave the west? Its going incredibly well the wildmen tide can be easily stopped at a settlement now also you have to recruit whatever troops you can whenever you can it'll hurt your economy, but if you want to breathe easier you have to push out troops especially at Romenna since that place is unassailable and has a lot of good troops available.

I'm not sure if I like the lore changes DAC made with this faction. Would have preferred them just being Corsairs of Umbar.

I wouldn't blame you if you cheated an alliance with mordor and just gifted them a bunch of money because that looks a little bugged they shouldn't be refusing very generous offers.
