Also, my wife purchased the stainless G2 stove for my Christmas gift. That is one beautiful piece of art! I'm now a twig burner! Yahoo, look out trail.

Thanks for including us in your adventures. Always love the extra work of you placing the cameras for the drive shots. Gives a real sense of what it takes to get to the back country!

Wow, you diagnosed it perfectly. Nice way to hike if you have the spread to take care of your porters at home. Would be nice to hike up a steep grade without the 40 lbs on your back.

I grew up on a farm and I have my own now . Iam almost 50 years old. I tell people you can tell alot about a man on how he treats his animals. Great video. Hope he's ok. 👍

I'm so glad Levi is getting better. I love your hiking crew. My Italian grandmother used to give the kids extra sweet and creamy coffee with a lump of butter and a thick slice of bread for dunking for breakfast when we all visited her in the summer @ the beach in CT. Seeing you do that brought back some great memories. What a beautiful place on this hike. I look forward to seeing more of it when Levi is better. Thanks for all you do!

I had to abort my last solo backpacking trip after the first of 4 nights. I woke up with a weird pain in my gut that kept getting worse. I packed out of there while I could still carry my pack and was getting CT scans at the hospital that night. It would have gotten way worse if I didn't get antibiotics. Diverticulitis, if you're curious. Sucks, man!

Lol they were trained daily from a very young age and bottle fed so at this point I think they accept me as part of the herd.

Good call on turning back, usually when they are trying to pee and can't there are bladder stones / urinary tract blockage. Good to see you got that fixed ASAP and then keep buddy extra hydrated in the future.
