I was not expecting this, but it's all I need this afternoon

some of my stalked zone tips: -Butcher at garbage pays really well for mutant meat and parts. -Weapons cannot be sold (or i didnt find who buys yet) but I disassamble weapons I come across and sell all parts to traders (which I dont need). - Delivery missions are risky, cause the receiver could die by the time you get there and its a loss of reputation in that case. - Clearing bandits, or targets pay well.. and sometimes they die before you get from an emission or by someone else- easy cash for you. - Its ok to avoid a conflict with hostiles or mutants and not waste your resources on every occasion. - Escorting eggheads to anomaly fields tend to pay well, and usually not too hard of a mission. - Hiring (skilled) stalkers to join you for a day or two worth the money.. they divide the attention of enemies, and you have someone to carry extra loot for you (Just be sure to take it back before his contract ends with you, otherwise he walks away with your loot...) -Open and view PDA's you find to reveal stash locations, before you 'sell the information' by giving over your PDA to traders. -Mutants will run into anomalies when trying to get to you, position your self well. -Dont forget, you can climb onto many objects and buildings - often giving you the vantage point - If you don't directly see them, but you can hear them... perhaps try using a grenade

:depressingly passes the Nemiroff bottle in silence with shaky damp hands: Most memorable moment. Dont ask why but it just is. SoC when I first started the series (about 16 years ago), I was on the road in Cordon about 50 meters south of the northern checkpoint leading to Garbage, when my first Pseudodog ran at me from the small encampment with the boulders. Idk why but this is my first and most memorable moment in my Stalker gameplay.

I love the music and atmosphere, but watching this gameplay just reminds me how much better the Metro series of games are.

my most memorable moment was in zaton in CoP:atmosfear near the oakpine. i was talking to some loners and we got ambushed by a bloodsucker. the leader of the pair of loners pulled out his knife after the leech made its first pass and chased it at a full sprint. i didn't stick around to find out how it ended...

I never played stalker or watched anyone play it, so the person who introduced the franchise to me uploading a let's play is perfect, holy shit! :D

story here: Loner i was heading back to rostok to turn in some tasks (hauled a BUNCH of loot after killing almost every monolith soldier in limansk) i go through dead city no problem but when i crossed to the army warehouses, me and my crew were ambushed by three bloodsuckers. and to make it more frustrating, my epinephrine shot wears out and now i can't move due to over encumbrance. i watch as my companions get killed as i frantically reload my saiga's magazines. (got out alive but alone)

Day by day, I'm asking myself.. How can one human being be so talented?

The audio filter you've applied to your narration is a small but incredibly neat little effect for a letsplay.

There was a time when I was playing Anomaly before I had any idea about Gamma or EFT, so I was using my own little pack. I was a fresh little loner on a task form Sidorovich, I was supposed to retrieve a lost briefcase from one of his couriers that sadly passed away. I made my way to the Truck Cementary and found the guy, he laid there bloodied and covered with bites, and around him there were a few dead dogs. I picked up his package and looked to my PDA to decide on where should I go. Picked to go through the left side of the location, going through the trees seemed like a good idea since there weren't many stalkers there, like, ever. I went there, and started walking through. Imagine my shock when I went through nearly half of the forest and suddenly in between sounds of trees swaying on the wind I suddenly heard very audible whispers and that damn laugh. And then the screeching, a controller attacked. I shot two shots in his general direction and started gunning it through the foliage, but that fucker was ON me. He smacked me two more times, I was desperately hiding behind trees. Finally I caught a moment to use a medkit and pop some psyblockers, and then he wacked my characters psyche again. I shot once more hitting him and staggered him which gave me the thinnest window of opportunity to escape. By a miracle I reached the road to Rostok and went through That was my most memorable stalker moment to date

Try using the PP bizon. Uses 9.18 if im correctly and its very useful for early game

I play with mask effects and breathing sounds so such one will be awesome Also some tips for moneymaking and relieving asspain, as you asked: if you have offline fight turned on - always pick bounty and squad elimination tasks and never pick spy extraction. Bounty or squad might die from fight with someone and quest will be completed itself, you can pick rep and money for it, but if someone destroys squad spawned for spy extraction quest - you technically fail it and lose reputation never sell mutant parts, just keep them in stash at your main base - someone always will throw a quest on mutant parts and they pay very well for it best places for your main base is freedom warehouses or rostok - you will get a lot of quests all the time, build up rep with faction (or better both factions, if you can do both sides) and earn lots of money fast never sell perk artifacts (tier 1, which don't give any rad poisoning) - they are often extremely useful (you can turn off brain scorcher without fighting monolith at all with three phantom stars (each gives you 90sec invisibility), for example) pick very wisely which weapons you give out to Lukash for gun quest - you really wanna keep Khimera Hunter (toz-34 for 23mm ammo) to effectively exterminate monos with slugs or mutants with shrapnel skinflint can give you a cycle quest for 5 army medkits and 150 5.45 hp ammo - it's better to also get for it all optionals (journals and cocaine), that way he gives double reward. it's also one of the best freedom cycle quest - tons of rep and money with almost nothing to do for it
