A line doesn't necessarily have to be straight. A curve is also a line. Also, a diagonal line is still a straight line.

I won't say it was Cuphead tutorial video levels of bad, but NL will deserve all the flak he will get for this. Could NL just not see the orange cross due to some color blindness he was either hiding for years or just not aware of? Are we having a Winston moment?

I was in tears man. Literal tears at how COMPLICATED he made his moves. This game looks so great! But GOOD GOD NL please!

Artillery shoots in straight lines and can't shoot adjacent tiles. I have no clue why that was so difficult to understand.

Ryan... Things attack in straight lines. Literally, that's all you needed to know.

I think this will be a great new series! Thanks for trying out new games, NL; I never would've heard of this new game from Subset. FTL is still one of my favorites!

UNITS CAN'T ATTACK DIAGONALLY!!!!!! Thats why you failed understanding your artillery. Also your tank acts like the tower in chess. So use its Range instead of putting it in the middle!! And with your "I have to get enemies to fall into water" you're just making it harder for yourself. It's a nice bonus if it's possible but don't limit yourself to that so much!!!

I have a lot of trouble believing he was actually any good, and that's coming from a chess team nerd as well. He displays none of the skills a chess player would need to succeed, especially foresight and creativity.

Nice seeing you here. I've probably been following NL before I even started narrating, lol. I've also been playing this game though it frustrates me greatly.

I totally expected you to make bad plays but you actually did really well. Looking forward to more content.

I don't know why, I was not subscired to this channel anymore. Glad to be here again. Now I can see Nothernlion make mistakes and miss the best playsthat would save his life. ^^

I always throw on NL videos when I want to go to sleep. Its rare I'll actually still be awake through the end of the video. I don't know what that says about Ryan, but thanks for putting me to sleep quickly for the past 2 years!

Oh man the second it was out I wanted him to play it, I can't wait to tear my hair at every mistakes made, it's gonna be a great ride :D

Okay, now I can watch this from a rubber cell, drastically reducing the chance of injuring myself from all the tilting I'm about to do. LET'S GO!

I don't know how far your backlog is but in-case you missed it, the orange tiles tell you where you can attack, you failed to notice that when using your arty mech in the tutorial. Also, you can hold ALT to see the order of how the enemy turn will play out, environments such as fire, always go first, and NPC's like a train, go last.

Take a drink every time NL mentions overthinking it.

I like how at first he doesn't notice that the artillery couldn't shoot just anywhere, only North, South, East and West of its location just like every other mech I was in the back tearing my eyes off XD
