Yes to get the scholarship you must get accepted from the sending partner , university, Tempus (scholarship).

For Master studies, am I allowed to choose a course that is different than my previous certificate? For example I studied ( Business and IT ) am I allowed to study international relations or Social science? 3. Most welcome 1)above 75% in general but that's difference between each program as well as the conditions of sending partner in your country. 2)if you have reasonable explanation why do you study this program, for example if you experience work in this field , always read the condition of the program , if it was your bachelor degree accept it or not. 3) this depend on the entrance exam that you will do , but your chance 70% to get accept it.

There's two types of entrance exam, oral (interview) , or written exam , some universities do both
