For Spina Bifida Awareness Week here in the UK I reached out to a couple of people living with Spina Bifida to ask them to tell their stories and to discuss what life is like with SB.
The first is Kayla Olden from Portland, Oregan.
She is an amazing woman who talks about her experience and also the valuable education work she does not only for SB, but also for mental health.
