Any dependent visa holder can work full time in any job like IT or any other field except dentist, sports coach etc which should be clearly written in your BRP

PSW/Graduate visa is given to international students to work in the Uk after they complete their studies. During this 2 year period, you don't need any visa sponsorship from a UK employer however if you don't find a sponsor for yourself after the end of 2 years, you will have to go back to your country. For PhD people, 3 years of work visa is provided.

You(dentists ) have a council in uk to be registered first... Then you can apply for jobs with tier 2 visa sponsorship in the NHS jobs website. Clear interview ,get visa and land in the uk.
