I have no motivation or energy to move to action. I am stuck. I understand and watch your videos Scott. Extremely helpful in helping me understand all that you’re sharing. But when it comes to motivation, I have none. And I don’t understand how you you can take action with no motivation. I’m so tired. Thx to both of you for coming together to bring hope. 💕

For me, what helps is music and religion. I can practise them at home or visit a church or a concert. At home, I can listen to music, prayers, worship music, the Bible or sing a worship song. Going out to church or concert is the best option and these are the nice moments in my week that I am looking forward to!!!

Thank you both for sharing your amazing thoughts ♥️ During the meditation part I literally started crying. I was stretching and I felt anger toward myself because I couldn't make my leg straight without pain and I hated myself for that but when I saw myself from a different angle I started crying because I saw the beautiful person inside who ignore this beauty and it made me rally sad. I wanted to hug myself and tell how lovely I am but while I'm drowning in the ocean of anger and dark thought about myself I cannot see the light but that's to that practice I saw it again and I'm really grateful for that!

This is brilliant 🤩 thanks so much for making me realise that I need to take my own advice! How I treat & advise friends is how I need to speak to myself and treat myself better and with compassion! Love this ☺️👌 we must remember to be kind to ourselves! Thank you

Hi Monica and Scott! Wow, Scott, I hadn’t had a chance to watch you in a. While. Man has mental health become more important to me than ever! My dear son also suffered from depression and he lost his battle last year. I’ve been struggling to find an answer for my own depression for years, but esp since he died. For me, ect helped a lot.. but since then I’m more about Psilocybin and now trying TMS therapy. They have been helpful, fingers crossed! Also attitudes are changing as are laws. Fingers crossed for us all to find joy and enjoy life and feel we are doing meaningful things.

Hi! There are a lot of options for online and offline groups for people with depression, for example, Depressed Anonymous and others.
