Can be. Have to lay off drugs and saturated fats, and you're on the right track. He just had massive heart attack, so he did one or both of those things wrong.

I worked out with Chris thirty years ago in New York city at World's Gym when he was Mr. Olympia. All the pointers he gave me I still use up until this day and I'm 65. My calves look great thanks to him.

The more I look at Chris's body development the more I can see the Bill Pearl lines, especially the arms and legs. Chris was simply a smaller version of Pearl. Amazing symmetry!

Why wouldnt she? She raised a proud, respectful black man that surpasse Jew-indoctrinated gangsta culture and drugs? Chris survived more than any white builder could know: HIS OWN CHILDH0OD.

Shlomo before you presume that a person has struggled in childhood you might want to do a little research. He was raised by a very intelligent successful woman.

Yep, my father and his mother were close friends for over 30 years in Alaska until she passed in 2007 at 94. Known the Dickersons since I was born. Wonderful people… Chris was a triplet and their mother was the first black female attorney in several US states. She attended law school with Thurgood Marshall. They couldn’t have been kinder people. RIP Chris.

@Re nato Franco got hurt because he participated in the World's Strongest Man; dude was carrying a fridge. His legs were too different size and yes, he had one bitch tit. Although Platz improved a lot from the previous year, he could never win because he was so unbalanced. His thighs threw his proportions out of wack and it was no secret. Bertil Fox was big and was the dude who would just beef it on stage. He def couldn't have beaten Padilla. The main issue was in the judging. The judges used did not have the experience to be involved. One Japanese judge was even removed because they were so clueless. The most popular person on stage was Franco. He didn't get the first placing from most of the judges, but he got enough high placings to give him the title.
