Hello, I read that to be on board a yacht, you had to be either in socks or barefoot. I wanted to know if this only applied to the outside, or to all areas of the boat? Is it the same for parties and receptions? I wanted to know if these rules applied to crew members (captain, stewart, cook, mecano etc etc )? Thank you.
