Why does it take all this just to get a job like ugh. Getting a job is the most difficult thing like how are people suppose to know what to say like I don’t understand

@chill life. Apologies about that! Here we are assuming that the new recruit will not be put directly on to big company projects till he/she proves their worth. But when discussing long term goals they can talk about their interest in being part of big company projects. Hope this is clear.
