Hi Diksha, I have watched multiple videos of yours and I agree with your answers but in the interviews, these answers seem to be more textbook answers and the answers are such that everyone can claim but cannot be verified (Eg: I am organized, flexible and independent working, detail-oriented, etc some or the other time in their work every person does these ) these are some which every candidate can tell right............ I would like to hear your thoughts about this argument I have made.

I think the motto of these videos is to give some ideas about interview question-answers. This video is very useful for those people who come from rural areas and whose English is very weak. "Something is better than nothing" 🙏

@@aakashtamboli8906 Mr Aakash Tamboli I am not saying its not good ....I myself have learnt few usefull tips from her shorts and more important I have used in real interviews (some parts- negotiation, etc.) all I am saying is some answers seem to be more like text book answers and when do experienced people say them or not ...its a doubt not information if they say how do organization interview panel look at this that's it

I think you can copy her key words and use them as per your situation in the interview Usually these key words don't come to your mind and we end up giving some silly answer or reaction. It's the fine line between confidence and over confidence that acts as the game changer.

What about a fresher over experience, what If they ask why would we choose a fresher like you rather than an experience?

If one don't have such a confident as you showed in your videos and what can that candidate speak in how can that candidate tell about his qualities like so confidently

The best answer is...apart from java script l know React Js. And l have a very good project experience in Al, data science, machine learning worked with different kinds of data sets, quantitative as well as qualitative different models predictive model, analytical models, neural networks and also done image classification projects Edit ( honesty this will set you apart from others and believe this is not rocket science ) Never say l am motivated, organized, leadership quality, mentor blah, blah Just say l am good at sales ( and you should be )

I applied all this tactics to clear my interview unfortunately my interviewer immediately found out that i am using diksha arora techniques however i didn't get the job thanks to following other people advice kindly use your inner thoughts and words

What if I don't have a strong background in this industry, I'm not highly organized and definitely, DEFINITELY, not detail oriented?

Miss Diksha , due respect to your HR skills & efforts you put to enlight us. But , speaking for myself, I do not find much relevance in your foretold responses against those set of questions. Such answers in common can be claimed by 50 of the interviewees appearing for same job position. What decides then ? Fluency of English/use of decorated vocabulary or what ... In actual , only the right answers to the minor yet detailed questions asked by the department heads for which you are appearing can land you a job & those answers only come from your real time work experiences & know how's you gained while working. I have worked in 3 big MNC's & never have I faced such sort of questions except one on hike & CTC expectations. Department/Vertical heads gives final nod to your job not these set of in general question answer round.

Sometimes these hiring managers and HRs consider themselves as gods..

What about those who are freshers having zero experience ,how they are going to answer
