Mr Shoaib Shaheen is also Former Chairperson Legal Education Committee Pakistan Council, during his tenure as chairperson very pertinent steps has been taken for the improvement in Legal Education in Pakistan. He has also remained Founder Vice Chairman Islamabad Bar Council. Mr Shaheen is the expert of Civil Services Law and is based in Islamabad.

Great Adovocte, Inspiration for me
All Judges must face regular transfers. Civil judge, session judge and high court judge ka decision agar reversed ho in appeal that just must get some kind of punishment or demerit points. Civil judge age must be 40 years old. 35 years old is too young to b a judge. Some Lawyers also make deliberate mistakes in drafting to get more money and linger on case. There must be accountability for lawyers too.

Age has nothing to do with your post. A competence and fair 35 year old is better than an uneducated corrupt 40 year old.

A famous name but in corporate texation practice..he is very competent unfortunately he lost election for president supreme court bar last year and qalb e hassan won....shoaib shaheen sahb is elder brothet of ex gen sect islambad bar uzair bloch?
