I think it's really cool how the Interstellar stages combine all the gimmicks from each of the Story Mode stages into one big sandbox.

This means a lot to me to hear, ty for the kind words (>^^)> As for tips to improve, my genuine best tip is to find what it is you love about this game (which is not the same for everyone!) and let that love drive you to shoot for goals in that aspect of the game. I say this because I think the single biggest source of my motivation and improvement in this game came from the "Sparks!" stunt compilation, and running Gaiden Master. My motivation for both comes from the fact that I LOVE pulling off flashy trick-shot looking finishes, both landing them for the first time and improving at them excites me. Gathering replays for Sparks led me to set tons of mini goals of "land this stunt" which were super rewarding and exciting in the moment, and in the long term got me really good at air control, so I could keep escalating the excitement of the tricks I wanted to pull off. There's definitely an aspect of improvement that comes from challenging yourself too, but I think that leads a lot of players to pick something profoundly unfun to 'grind at' until they improve. Improving at this game can be a blast every step of the way if you focus on what makes you excited about it, and hone in on that. Following your excitement will naturally lead to challenging yourself along the way. And better yet, in my opinion you improve much faster when you're having fun, and your motivation wont fade as long as you're taking healthy breaks to not burn yourself out. One more super helpful thing I can mention is this game's community. Especially if you want a more mechanically-focused response to your question, I totally recommend joining the "SMAL world" (RTA-focused) or "SMB Elite" (IL-focused) discord servers, and asking the same question there, you'll get a ton more different perspectives on how to improve, and for me the community involvement is more than half of what makes this game so fun to play and improve at. U will definitely make some friends there too! :) SMAL world: discord.gg/44qu4Ac SMB Elite: discord.gg/qfgPBmtdAA
