This was actually a special bodied Lola T70 Mark 3B chassis SL76/149, powered by Chevrolet V8 and driven by Gregory Fischer. At least I believe so. The car had a different rear wing solution in previous race (www.racingsportscars.com/photo/1973/Hockenheim-1973-07-15-020.jpg) and you can see known photo history of the car here: www.racingsportscars.com/chassis/photo/SL76__149.html

Sorry don't know what it is but I think it wasn't Cadillac power, it was just publicity for the car, maybe by a dealer.
