You could tell that Daniel really is the glue that hold the band together, Carlos looks relax with Daniel compare to Paul. Cant imagine the fighting in the studio

I love how after Carlos said: "its never been just him" Daniel points himself with his thumbs like saying: YUP, IT WAS ME.

it's interesting. I only heard recently how much friction there was between paul and carlos. and it shows in these old interviews - carlos is way more relaxed and vocal when he's just with daniel.

Yes,i was thinking the same thing,watching this....he's more"crazy"and relaxed when with Daniel. With Paul,he seems to be more dry and quiet.

The only people, who kept the band together during the our love to admire season ,was Daniel.

Love INTERPOL! ❤️ I Especially love listening to Daniel. Love his take on the interviewer, "you look like a psychologist," being one, I appreciate the notetaking, hanging on every word. I am especially thrilled that Interpol is together and making amazing music through thick and thin.

No surprise Carlos was done with Interpol..

I love this interview. Carlos looks more relaxed and happy with himself. Don't want to change the way I think about Paul though :/ but their they together were pure corrosion.

@@pepebotella971 I agree and it's pretty easy to see- I mean the man was disappointed in meeting Robert Smith because he felt like he was trying to "compromise his morals" by repeatedly asking him to play cards with everyone lmao. Sounds like kind of a buzzkill. Unfortunate because the band was so much better with him.

Interpol never was and never gonna be the same or even close to when Carlos was in the band
