What is the sequence of a physical exam? The order of physical assessment techniques usually occur in the following order: inspection, palpation, percussion, and auscultation. Use them in sequence-unless you're performing an abdominal assessment. Palpation and percussion can alter bowel sounds, so you'd inspect, auscultate, percuss, then palpate an abdomen.

Can't Wait for Part 2, Sir ! - A small correction - the book you mentioned, " Practical Prescriber" is actually by Golwala (Shout out to this EPIC!) - Ganshyam wrote "General Practice" / "Practical Manual" (I believe this is the book you were talking about)

For complete injection which has needle and syringe . Do we hv to put it in red or white bag?

Syringe like insulin syringe we have to separate it hub will discard in red bin while remaining part with needle must goes in white sharp waste. Or syringe which do not get separate hv to cut the needle with cuttter then discard it red bin
