Hi, unfortunately, that will be a hard one, because all the router that I have tested won't be able to pass or penetrate two concrete floors because floors are usually thicker than concrete walls, a single wifi router wont do the trick, unless you can position the wifi router on second floor. if there is no possible option to move the router to second floor get a mesh wifi router. if you are just getting a regular mesh system like dual band router and planning on using wireless backhaul, there will be a loss in internet speed, but if you will be using lan cable as a backhaul no loss in speed. If lan cable as a backhaul is not an option and you want to fully utilize the speed get a triband mesh router from asus so your mesh system will be using the 3rd band as a dedicated backhaul resulting in minimal internet speed loss..
