Internet Addiction Disorder (IAD) is a problem for society. Depression and anxiety are some of the many fallouts of addiction to the internet. This challenge is particularly prevalent in children and adolescents. For the sake of one's mental well-being, Internet Addiction Disorder should be avoided.
