The Chinese pianist was an amazing technician, but portrayed no musical warmth or depth of emotion. It’s amazing how these young pianists perform under such great pressure. They all have my admiration. Thank you for posting this video. I’ve never before heard that commentary / viewpoint. Though I disagree with it’s inference, I appreciate the new perspective, and I will seek too hear more of Liu Shih Kun. Thank you again!
