He explained that you just apply to Oxford as a school, now a Clarendon scholarship is given by nomination to those that performed very well in the process. That is, it's like you applied for UI, now, you wrote UTME and POSTUTME, and UI decides to give scholarship to their best applicants. I don't know if you understand. You need to apply to the university before the January deadline. If a student applies for the spring deadline, said student won't be considered for the scholarship.
