International Rose Test Garden (Walk Through 4k) - Portland Oregon
The International Rose Test Garden is a rose garden located in Washington Park. The Portland Japanese Garden is also across the street for those wanting to visit that attraction as well.
Admission to the garden is free. Parking is Pay to Park. Parking is limited and can be difficult.
Free public tours are offered daily at 1:00pm from Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day weekend.
