I have written to my MP, Stephen Crabb, who simply replies how wonderful his government did in rolling out vaccines quicker than anyone else. Bit like Fred and Rose West saying “ yes! What gets me is this: How did billions of people around the world, many, many of whom are highly educated, incredibly talented, and successful, fall for the 'safe and effective' line. I'm astounded and alarmed that so many didn't have enough of a connection with their intuition, their innate inner wisdom (that is free and available to us all), to make a different decision. I knew it was not right from day one because my gut feeling was so strong, and I was happy to do whatever it took (stay home, stay away from people, etc) to avoid what was on offer. I also knew in my gut that the truth would come out, and that justice would be done. I believe it will be.

Commitment to an ideology that is central to identity, such as woke globalism, for instance, or being pro-vaxx in all circumstances regardless of evidence of safety and effectiveness, frequently overrides the exercise of intelligence, reason, logic, and critical thinking even in the highly intelligent. When the ideology gives its adherents a sense of their moral superiority to all others, people of all levels of intelligence are even less likely to question it even when evidence that invalidates the ideology’s claims and worldview accumulates.

My mum is 83 and was strong and completely independent (she drove her V8 car everyday) until not long after her third shot, then she developed ITP, a quite rare blood disorder. No history of this or any other blood disorders of any kind in her family, in fact nearly all the women in her family live well into their 90's or 100*s, but it slapped her around a lot. The treatment they gave her was steroidal which weakened her bones. She then fractured a number of vertebrae and a rib and has never really recovered since. She is now in respite building up her strength and uses a walker. We are convinced this is all because of the shots. I was forced to get three shots by my work, who threatened to sack everyone if we didn't get them. Someone needs to be held accountable for this mess and the future issues we are all going to have from these vaccines we were all forced to take. Good bless us all, I hope we will be ok.

It is very possible either a virus or a vaccine caused the ITP. As that is well documented. But I have no idea why you mention genetics, it has nothing to do with that and is always caused by a confused immune system. Like some forms of arthritis and other illnesses. About 8 people in every 100,000 get it normally, so rare but not that rare. All viruses and vaccines carry the risk of getting ITP, ( as adults we all know everything contains some risk ) but it is still a pain when you are one of the unlucky ones. It is also unfair and unknown why Woman are 300% more likely to get it than Men. Also sucks the drugs they give out cause so much damage. I sincerely hope she recovers as most people do. It just takes time.

My Father was one of those real people who perished. After following the science and facts that are available, I believe whatever he was injected with caused a blood clot that caught up in the arterial passage to his heart. Which also coupled with atrial fibrillation, and possibly some myocardial inflammation due to lingering spike protein say one thing to me. That is, had it just been only a cardiac event he possibly could have made it but when the clot dislodged, stopping his blood flow, fibrillation and possible inflammation definitely made sure he couldn’t fight it off. Thank you! You have helped me understand that my father didn’t “just die”. Outrage is an understatement and I couldn’t possibly agree with your sentiment on that point anymore. Even people in my family keep saying things like “well he’s gone and he ain’t comin back, so just get over it.” Not sure how to when it feels like my father was part of a global genocide.

I'm very sorry for your loss. For any who took this treatment, be aware that some fasting can help cycle out of your system much more quickly and also reduces inflammation very quickly, and even repairs the immune system, which this treatment damaged. Some benefits of doing occasional extended fasting: High blood pressure is lowered to normal levels very quickly while fasting. Fibrosis/scarring is reversed over time. Fasting increases nitric oxide release. Fasting restores NAD+ to healthy levels. Vitamin D plasma levels are increased as fasting improves metabolic health, and vitamin D in turn increases autophagy. Stomach acid is reduced over time while fasting and can allow for the healing of treatment resistant ulcers, but some patients may need continued acid reducation medication while fasting. Telomeres are lengthened and fasting also increases anti-aging Yamanaka factors. Blood clotting is reduced and blood clots and arterial plaque are reabsorbed into the body. Reflexes and short term memory are increased. Fasts from 36-96 h increase metabolic rate due to norepinephrine release! After 72 hours or more fasted, your body recycles up to 1/3 of all immune bodies, rejuvenating your entire immune system. Fasting can help with MS, Depression, BPD, Autism and seizures. Fasting reduces pain and anxiety by stimulating the endocannabinoid system in a similar way to CBD oil. Thymus is regenerated, which suppresses aging and renews the immune system. The thymus also plays a vital role in fighting cancer. Weight loss from daily caloric restriction has 1/4 to 1/3 of the weight lost as lean tissue while many studies show fat loss from 36 h fasts without losing any lean tissue! The hunger hormone ghrelin also lowers with extended fasting and rises from dieting. Blood sugar and insulin are lowered, allowing white blood cells to move more freely throughout the body and do their job. Some viruses activate glycolosis (the release of sugar in the body) and clinically it has been shown that decreasing glucose metabolism in the body weakens the influenza virus. When you move out of MTOR your body shuts down the building blocks of the cell which are used to produce organelles and proteins. This means the mechanisms needed by viruses to replicate are by and large unavailable when you are in a deeply fasted state. What breaks a fast? Anything with protein or carbohydrates in it will break a fast. Most teas and herbs are OK. Most supplements and meds will either break ketosis directly or contain a filler that will. Many meds are dangerous to take while fasting. Does fasting lower testosterone? No, it raises it when the fast is broken by increasing lutenizing hormone. Fasting also increases insulin sensitivity, which helps with muscle building. Fasts of 36-96 will not affect short term female fertility or affect menstrual cycle. They also may increase long term fertility, especially in women with PCOS. The hormone Leptin is an immunomodulator that keeps the body from attacking itself and obesity causes leptin resistance. Fasting very quickly reduces leptin resistance and leptin levels and one day of fasting can cut your leptin levels in half and gets your immune system working properly again! Does the body preferentially prefer glucose as a fuel? No, except for brief periods of very intense exercise, your body mainly burns fats in the form of free fatty acids. Your brain also prefers to burn ketones at a rate of around 2.5 to 1 when they are available in equal quantity to glucose. Fasting stimulates the AMPK complex and activates autophagy. Autophagy (literally self eating) will cause cells to recycle foreign matter such as viruses and kill cancerous and senescent cells When not in ketosis, the brain can only burn carbohydrate, which produces a great deal of damaging ROS the brain has to deal with. It increases mitochondrial function and repairs mitichondrial DNA, leading to improved ATP production and oxygen efficiency and thereby making cells better able to fight off infection. Increased mitochondrial function also has the added benefit of increasing your metabolism and cancer prevention! Fasting also releases BDNF and NGF in the blood which stimulates new nerve and brain cell growth. This can help a great deal with diseases like MS, peripheral neuropathy and Alzheimers. In fact, the biochemical regulator of BDNF production is beta-hydroxybutyrate, which is the same ketone the body produces to nourish the brain while fasting. Fasting also increases telomere length, negating some of the effects of aging at a cellular level. When you fast, this stimulates apoptosis in senescent or genetically damaged cells, destroying them. Senescent cells are responsible for many of the effects of aging and are a root cause of the development of cancer. A fasting mimicking diet for 3-5 days in a row also provides many of the same benefits as water fasting. FMD usually has 200-800 calories, under 18 g of protein and extremely low carbs. Exogenous ketones can aid with fasting, making it easier in healthy people and allowing some people with specific issues to fast in spite of them without worrying as much about hypoglycemia. Children, pregnant or nursing women should not fast for periods longer than 16 hours. People with pancreatic tumors or certain forms of hypoglycemia generally cannot fast at all. Type 1 diabetics can also fast but it is more complicated and should be approached with caution as it could lead to ketoacidosis. Those with Addison's disease may also be unable to fast without liberal use of exogenous ketones, depending on severity. If you experience extreme symptoms of some kind, especially dizziness then simply break the fast and seek advice. I'm a town councilor that was removed from office over a year ago for trying to inform the town of information that I learned from Dr John and others. I just want to point out an important interpretation of this data. If this were a graph of the common cold or of car accidents, a spike followed by a deep drop could indicate that people learned to avoid the cold or drive safer. This is a graph of deaths. People can only die once. A spike followed by a deep trough simply means that all the people of that group died Then something else caused another group to suddenly die and the spike came back. When the death toll started to dip after the initial roll out, the powers that be claimed it was because of their medical intervention. I claim that it was because the most vulnerable had already died. Further, we shouldn't be seeing ANY excess deaths. A whole bunch of people just died who were sick in some fashion. They should have been dying now but they are already gone. We should have been seeing a DROP in the death rate, not any increase at all. This understanding of the data is important to me because, like Dr,John says, these are people. People who have died. And are gone. And their families are the poorer for it.

This response was given on 8 February 2023 A combination of factors has contributed to the number of excess deaths. The government is taking steps to address this and will announce further detail in the forthcoming Major Conditions Strategy. Our analysis suggests that it is likely that a combination of factors has contributed to an increase in the number of non-Covid excess deaths in the latter part of 2022, including high flu prevalence and health conditions such as heart disease and diabetes. There are a range of organisations reviewing the registered death figures. These produce different estimates of excess deaths based on different methodologies and areas covered. The Office for National Statistics (ONS) and Office for Health Improvement and Disparities (OHID) estimates differ as they use different methodologies and cover different geographies: • The ONS excess is calculated by comparing the number of deaths registered in a week with the average number registered in the equivalent week in 5 earlier years. For 2022, the comparison is with deaths registered in 2016 to 2019 and 2021. • OHID compares the number of registered deaths in a week with the number expected based on the trend in mortality rates in the years 2015 to 2019. This method takes into account population growth and ageing. OHID analysis is just for England. OHID analysis shows that, in England, for the week ending 28 October, the leading causes of death contributing to the excess were deaths involving cardiovascular diseases; the highest levels of excess mortality were for deaths involving heart failure (21% higher than expected), and ischaemic heart diseases (17% higher than expected). Deaths involving acute respiratory infections were 16% higher than expected. Deaths involving cancer, Parkinson’s disease, other respiratory diseases, and dementia and Alzheimer’s were lower than expected. You can view OHID’s excess mortality tool here: www.gov.uk/government/statistics/excess-mortality-in-england-and-english-regions. OHID estimates show that for deaths registered in England during the whole of 2022, deaths involving four conditions were all over 10% higher than expected: heart failure (15% higher), cirrhosis and other liver diseases (14%), diabetes (12%) and ischaemic heart diseases (11%). We are taking steps to help reduce excess deaths. Based on the current rate of recovery, we expect NHS Health Check delivery, a core part of our cardiovascular disease (CVD) prevention pathway, to return to pre-pandemic levels by June 2023 and we are creating a national digital check so we can go even further. The Department of Health and Social Care continues to work closely with partners to consider what more can be done to improve the prevention, detection, diagnosis and management of CVD and we will set out our plan in the Major Conditions Strategy. Our Major Conditions Strategy will focus on preventing the major conditions which contribute to early mortality and reduce years of good health including heart disease, stroke and diabetes and tackling the factors that drive

So, it's strange he hasn't yet thought to apply the same logic to his mathematical 'Globe' concept. We await his empirical evidence / physical Q.E.D. for that and he has burden of proof for the affirmative claim. If it's real he can demonstrate it.

My husband never had any health issues till March this year. In April he had typhoid and jaundice. He was admitted for 15 days. During this he had fluids removed from pericardium twice. After discharge his fever kept coming back. Then a doctor suggested for PET scan and told us he might have TB. And prescribed medicine for the same. Nearly after 2 months he started feeling breathlessness. When admitted in hospital doctor told he is having pericarditis and layer is formed in pericardium. It has to be removed by operation. He was also having pulmonary embolism this time. So again ct scan and other tests were done. Doctors feared something else. And did biopsy. Results came as last stage mesothelioma epithelioid cancer. Our world was shattered. We wasted 3 precious months before proper diagnosis. After 1st chemotherapy he showed some positive signs. But after 3 weeks his BP dangerously dropped andhe had septic shock. We lost him forever on 9th August within a month of his cancer diagnosis. He never had any health issues throughout his life. I am 100% sure booster vaccine triggered his condition. He was only 46 and the most beautiful handsome wholesome human being. I am totally lost without him💔

This would allow us to share 1 video with people uninformed on the issue and have them get all the major data points addressed. Specifically, the fact that it is a first world phenomenon, while the third world countries have lower deaths as expected after a pandemic. That the causes are due to cardiovascular and liver primarily, while not being respiratory causes. That the excess deaths in young people have increased while they were low during the pandemic. How the excess deaths now are almost as high as they were during the pandemic. I'm probably forgetting something, but you get the idea. There's a lot going on with this issue, and 1 good summary video would be helpful, and would probably get shared and viewed a lot.

Excess deaths track with covid-waves. This correlation is extremely strong. More covid in circulation = more excess deaths. The highest excess deaths in Europe during the pandemic occured in the least vaccinated nations (also with generally poorer healthcare options, i.e. Bulgaria, Romania). This is the opposite of what the very loud and very small minority of anti-vaccine people want to hear, but it is the truth, and the truth should matter.

Thank you John. For my work, I’m on the phone to hundreds of UK residents each week, and on every other call someone has to cancel an appointment or mentions that either they or someone in their family has either 1. Had a heart/stroke/blood clot or 2. Been diagnosed with bizarrely aggressive cancer (a LOT of brain cancer). I have never in my life experienced this and I have 20 years of baseline calls in previous years to compare it with - this is merely observational, but this change in what people report temporally correlates precisely with the commencement of the covid jab. It’s like being in a movie.

It's actually worse than it looks, due to the pull-forward effect (PFE). If a large amount of excess deaths occur, due to some abnormal factor then, once the factor has resolved, there should be a swing back to a large NEGATIVE excess death level, as the people who would normally have died at the later time had been "pulled forward" and died earlier instead. This is what is typically seen after a normal flu season. The fact that we're not seeing this indicates a constant, ongoing factor (or set of factors) causing deaths. Even if excess deaths returned to zero, this would still indicate an ongoing crisis if one understands the PFE.

The average person does not worry about excess deaths and they certainly don't think it's going to affect them if they even hear about it. 2. Those who are in power know this and so they take this approach of "Let's not rock the boat and cause a panic by looking into this." This is indeed a dereliction of duty from our health leaders and government officials all across the world.

Point 2 makes no sense, after the nonsense of 'Covid' for 3 years. Simply, they are not talking about it because they are told not to talk about it. Just as Dr JC is talking about it, cause he has been told to talk about it. Nothing is by chance, remember.

We all know what's causing the excess death, so what would you like to happen now? Really, it's a valid question. If investigations were to be carried out, and the MSM printed everything, the total truth, the outcome would not be good for anyone. There would be another pandemic, only this time it would be a pandemic of panic. Hospitals and health care would collapse under the strain of all the people panicking with real and imaginary symptoms. Heart attacks would increase due to the stress of people thinking about what was circulating around their bodies. Lawsuits against governments galore. Collapse of governments worldwide, a real 'in' for enemies of the western world. That's just for starters. Ask yourself John, and anyone else who wants this outcome, why you would want this to happen? Is it because we want the world to know we were right all along? revenge, really? Is it just about our egos? That's not good. As much as I hate what has been allowed to take place over the last 3 years, the damage is done, there's no turning the clocks back. The only benefit I can think of would be to try to ensure it never happens again, but when I weigh up the potential global disaster that I believe would occur with a full and frank admission. This probably will not be a popular view, but if you disagree and you think I've missed something, please engage, I'm always looking to learn 🙏🏼

So sorry to hear you have had so much tragedy. For those exposed, some fasting can restore immune function which is the core problem created. It also cycles out the foreign material so that the side effects will finally stop! Fasting stimulates phagocytosis, the ingestion of bacteria, plaques and viruses by the immune system. It will also remove any 'foreign material' that is not supposed to be there. Autophagy (literally self eating) will cause cells to recycle foreign matter such as viruses and kill cancerous and senescent cells Lowering insulin via fasting virtually eliminates chronic inflammation in the body. When not in ketosis, the brain can only burn carbohydrate, which produces a great deal of damaging ROS the brain has to deal with. How the thing actually impacts the immune system has been largely determined. It’s not that the body is distracted with other things, in order to get the nano particle into the cell they had to eliminate some essential components of the immune system. That’s why you’re seeing the elevated rates in cancer and the turbo cancers. The P 53 gene is one of the things I remember affected. There are other complicated immunosuppressive elements to this chemical that have been detailed. It’s not a mystery.
