at 15 05 what was mantu.if it is a large pleural sffusion ,it may cause a mass effect potentially progressing to a tension physiology and hemodynamic instability from cardiac tamponade resulting in lifethreatning hypotension

Sir IV bolus 20 to 30 ml per kg in hypotension should be given in how much time through IV line???

For septic shock initiate asap finish it over 1 hr
