Wow, it's my long time wish that when people would understand that efficient people do not work over time. We all need a family time which reduces stress and the crime rates and medical issues will automatically reduce. Many people think it's a pride to say I am always busy at work, rather it's a shame that they do not know how to balance work and life. Even corporates create an atmosphere that spending time for family is a sin. It's high time we realise that we work for the family and it's a waste when you don't enjoy family time
