    గుడ్ మార్నింగ్ సార్. నాకు కిడ్నీ కి సంబంధించి Anti DsDna borderline positive ఉంది. కొంచెం body swelling, sleeping disorder, anxiety disorder ఉన్నాయి. ప్రస్తుతం మెడిసిన్ వాడటం లేదు. ఏదైన మంచి ఆహారం తీసుకోవటం వల్ల ఈ జబ్బులను తగ్గించుకోవచ్చా? దయచేసి సలహా ఇవ్వండి.
