For the people who asked the same question from 1:38 when they saw a-278: An in-depth guide to "A-278" and his clones. A-278 is a smile with purple teeth, a void and pupil which glows (on only one part) for the eyes, and they also emmit some oval particles. A-278 appears later on in the game. (as you may tell by it's name it spawns at a-278) A-278 can spawn 2 types of clones / minions thorought the chaos that he can cause; These are: ULB-278 checks Blue Lockers. Why, you may ask? Blue lockers usually don't work. USUALLY. but some do work sometimes! Which is why ULB-278 does what he does. TLAB-278 checks tables. Tables can be hidden under; yes, if you have played the game, you'd probably know. Anyway, TLAB-278 is the only one of the types of A-278 clones that are frowning.

Here are 2 entity's that is harder to avoid (kinda) A-221 (removed) - he's the fastest entity and harder to hide, u have to find table/closet nearby. E-142 - he's the only fastest in E section, he doesn't have a spawning sound. If u see screen shaking slowly, hide faster Edit: also A-332 is the fastest entity in the game, he have "HIDE" particles but pretty useless, it doesn't have spawning sound too but have a despawn sound, if screen shaking a bit. Then hide, the despawn sound cue is glitched sound. I don't think E-144 is there or idk
