    I can’t use a large compressor because I don’t have enough electrical amperage in my garage (it’s all on one breaker with two other rooms inside my house cause the previous home owners who put in the garage and sun room and mud room didn’t do it properly and our electrical panel is maxed out) so a large compressor for a vortex gun isn’t in the works for me (which has been a huge bummer for me) so in trying to work around that issue I found this tool that may not be AS powerful but it works in the same fashion and gives me the same end result. For those that can’t afford or can’t store a larger 15+ gallon compressor or afford a $350 compressor this is a great substitute. Hope it can help!

    1:25 - Chelsea, you might enjoy the valved n95 mask from milwaukee available at home depot for ~$3. I think they have a $5ish 2-pack. Its basically a construction/demolition dust mask. Cheap, easy to breathe through, & it will keep all this sort of dust out of your lungs without being uncomfortable to wear. I use it for details and when I when blowing out my garage & shoveling dusty materials for landscaping. There are alot of variant of this mask but I like the valved one with 2 straps that are both adjustable.

    I'm in the same boat when it comes to a compressor, Chelsea. I've been using my Adam's Air Cannon Jr. to blow out interiors, and it works OK, but it's just so unwieldy. I need to add one of these to my "need to get soon" list. Thanks!

    Thank you for showcasing this tool. Since I’m only responsible for my car and family vehicles, i use my EGO blower. Great for cleaning up after beach trips. I agree to keeping my mouth closed but you must protect your eyes, too. I’ll look into this one. Wish it was cordless though. Great video.

    Great tip! Def will try it once I get more revenue! 👍🏽 For those on a strict budget (like myself) I’ve been using XPOWER A-2 Airrow Pro Electric Air Duster. I got it for $39.99 on Amazon. It’s very effective and has two speeds. Little tip from Scott- Dallas Paint Correction

    Mine just arrived today along with the scrub ninjas. Shocked how powerful it is. Wow. Plus the air comes out heated. Like a tornado. Haven’t tried the scrub ninja yet but excited to give it a try.

    I have thought of this but never tried it and you nailed it. My air compressor runs non stop and is loud. Plus the compressor can dry wheels and plastic grilles.

    Great tool. I use my Adams mini air cannon the same way everyday in my mobile detailing business. Some of my maintenance clients i dont even need to break out my vacuum, i can clear out the interior perfectly with just the blower. I highly recommend ear protection tho 😂 i use it to dry wheels too and nooks n crannies, mirrors, windshield cowels n window trim n door handles etc. ✌️

I've been watching various influencers since onset of Covid. I'm a successful garage driveway detailer and deliver great service as more less a paid hobby. Unfortunately your discount code didn't work for me on the dryer. Air Force makes the same model but without the variable switch. Thanks for your service to us that wanna keep it real😊

    So best practice? Blow places that can’t be reached by vacuum, let dust settle, come in with vacuum?

  • @attention2detailswchelsea

    @attention2detailswchelsea

    5 ай бұрын

    Yep! If it’s super dirty, I’ll do a quick vacuum first just to get the big stuff so that way I don’t have a dust storm and then I will use my stiff, narrow brushes to agitate and blow with the blower simultaneously then follow up with a more detailed vacuum.

    Love your channel. Quick question. How much PSI or CFM is needed for a blower to substitute for an air compressor /tornador? I have the ego portable vacuum with has 120 PSI -- I also a blower port and I can attached accessory with tubes /crevice ect. It’s fairly powerful. Wondering the specs PSI/CFM on the hand held mckees blower ? The ego vacuum/blower has a cool Bluetooth remote to turn the vacuum on/off easier and also use turbo mode. Also, Makita has a new blower /duster 18V battery. Wondering if that will work. I’d like to cut the cord since I work outside Thanks for all info and expertise. Have learned so much !! Owen

    Hi Chelsea! Thank you for your great content. This an unrelated question, but what do you use to clean tiny cracks? Toothpicks?

  • @attention2detailswchelsea

    @attention2detailswchelsea

    5 ай бұрын

    Thanks! I spray cleaner, agitate with the detailing brush and blow it out with the blower normally. Normally that does the trick. I use a dental pick sometimes for perforated leather seats if they have dirt stuck in them but normally just spraying a cleaner, agitating with the detailing brush and blow out is all I need for tiny cracks
