Which drill and brush do you recommend?

You should really use a slow steady pull with steamer allowing the steam to work into the fabric and break down/lift the dirt from fabric. Those seats where pretty well maintained. Some will have to go back a few times over for stubborn stains.

Clif Hellner stieamwr will do the job , use a drill brush and some good cleaner , extractor is prettt much to pull the water out

Obviously an extractor is king but like Mike said, itll get the job done

Why do you want to put the rag over the cleaner?

Shaving cream works great on cloth seats

All of interior (leathers, plastics, cloths, floors, vaccuming, spot cleans, etc. 120-200 i say depending on the dirtiness and your quality
