I can’t do patterns. My mind would be uneasy. That’s just me though. I’m more Neutral & Earthy Organic colors in Solids!!! What a FUN video!!! Thank you for sharing!!!🤍🤍🤍

I'm the same way. I totally understand.
I'm so glad I do not like most of the 2024 designs. I don't think some of these are timeless, so I'll stick to neutrals 😊
* Not Trendy, but...* . At 57, it's taken me a long time to hone my style and curate it. I'm here for the warm, earthy color palette. I'm also a fan of color drenching a space. I would caution anyone seeking to purchase big ticket staples (sofa, chairs) to stick with neutrals over any patterned upholstery. (I learned the $$ hard way). Bring pattern in with throws, pillow covers and art. As for wallpaper, it's a huge commitment. I feel murals are absolutely stunning in the right space. I'm considering doing a William Morris inspired pattern at the end of my hallway which is a focal wall. It will be peel-n-stick. Framing large pieces of wallpaper can also give you the look without the dreaded install and removal after a decade. As for furniture lines (legs and detailing), purchase what is pleasing to your eye and it will withstand any swing of the trend pendulum. For me, I'm no minimalist, also no maximalist. I want a calm, warm, inviting space with casual comfort that reflects me. I would describe my style as rustic-vintage-cottage. Having a Neutral Base has afforded me the opportunity to style for the seasons with ease. No shade on the "target" loving population but you seem to be in a revolving door, not for me. Thank you Jenna, you have a defined styled. It's beautiful as are you inside and out.
We took down tons of wallpaper years ago, and it wasn’t a good experience! I’m not a person to say ‘never’ or ‘always’, but I said then that I would never ever put up wallpaper again, and I still feel the same way! 😅

I agree. It’s so much easier to change paint. Removing wall paper is not something I want to do again.

New wallpapers are much easier to take down than the old ones but I agree. Our whole house was wallpapered and we took it all down. I have done an accent wall in our livingroom.

I totally agree, Jenna’s idea of a cushion, rug or a small furniture piece 😊

Couldn't agree more! Removed the wallpaper in my kitchen. Had to replace all the sheet rock after. I really think the man who hung the wallpaper used cement instead of glue. NEVER AGAIN LOL!
Yay, my mahogany wood is back in style 😂 love dark wood tones!
Yes! These design trends are the same as last year's. I did a video for 2023 stating that we would see these trends sticking around for a few years, and I'm loving them!!❤
I like everything but I'm over the checkered trend
Those living room makeovers were inspired.
Never put checker tiles in home for some reason they don’t look homey looks commercial but small patterns looks fine and fun❤
The best video about home trends '24 ever! 👏 🤎 💫 Thank U! 🪷
Jenna, i love your content 💕 also your hair is beautiful 😍 love the wavy beachy hair look
I like to do wallpaper in a bathroom because it’s a small area if you want to take it down. I feel like it gives the room a lot of personality, and you could be a little daring in your choices.
Great video. Whenever I see a style I like, the complete opposite is the next trend. I’m changing out the haphazard colour scheme of my home for slightly warm white walls now with black accents and neutral decor. Love patterns but seeing the plain fabrics and clean lines in rooms is calming my mind and soul. It’s becoming a totally new home. Painting over the burgundy accents in my tiles, crown moulding in the bathroom, and the bedroom wall colour went a few years ago. They were badly done.
When we updated our kitchen a few years ago, we went with darker wood . Originally I had decided to go with lighter cabinets but changed my mind at the last minute. There were many days that I regretted that decision because lighter kitchens became so popular. Now that the darker wood is coming back I feel good, I love my kitchen.
IMO dark wood is always in style

It is, it was the bleached wood that was a trend. Dark woods are classic, traditional, and timeless.

It is. Definitely more rich, timeless, and classic looking IMO. I have always preferred it myself.
I’ve been using wallpaper for the past 10 years in my bedroom in both my bathrooms and my laundry room I love it
I am currently in the middle of painting my laundry room burgundy and I LOVE IT! I may use more of it in other rooms.
The plants tho!
Lovely video.thank you for sharing 🥰 y
Everything old is new again 🥱. A lot of these are things I have loved for more than a decade already and so my home is “on trend” now I suppose 😂 but who cares! As long as it feels cozy and brings you joy that is what matters. Designers will always try to be selling you something on trend because they want to make a profit. I personally love wallpaper and have never done it just because of the work involved. My home had lots of wallpapers in the kitchen when I bought it (but not my style) and I wanted paint. I would consider the peel and stick options out now. I feel like I would love it in my bedroom.
Can’t say I like the trends.
I've never been a fan of light colored woods but love the walnuts and pecans. I think they add a lot of warmth. Don't like the checkered floors, I think I'd get tired of them in a few years and it's a big investment. Personally, I like neutral decor with accents like pillows, throws, candles, books, etc. To each his own.
I have had my my living room dinning room and kitchen walls a Dewberry halfway up and some walls all that color and I never get tired of it. I feel your home should reflect you and I love some of the new styles. As a retired designer I fell do your home to match how it will project how you want to feel.

Woo hoo. My Burgundy Pottery Barn farm table is on trend again.
Hi Jenna, I discovered your channel right before Christmas and have watched almost all of them ! You have exactly my taste in decor and I appreciate all the great ideas. You’re so much fun to watch and I love the shopping trips and hauls. Great job! Also I know how you love faux olive trees and I recently found such a great one, 6 ft tall and only $67 at Home Depot. Thought I would pass that along to you and your viewers.
I think you were able to spot trends quite well. Nicely done!
I love love neutral color...but some , green 💚 is my favorite 😍 😋 ❤️ thanks jenna 😊
Kudos to you for the excellent viisual content in this video! It is so helpful to have these 2024 trends illustrated so conveniently together in 1 video. Thanks Jenna!
Great tips!
Hi Jenna, love your content 🤍 I’ve recently started my own home decor channel and was curious how other creatives were doing it. I’d love to see an episode “behind the scenes” (how you plan your posts, programs you use for editing, a little glimpse into your day as a creative etc). I think I’m not the only one here who would appreciate your content about that 😊 it would be super interesting and helpful for us 🤍
I've always have loved the darker wood tones. The wall paper is beautiful but I have taken down alot of it in the past and it was not fun.I'm up to trying the peel and stick in a small area though. Thanks for the great tips.
Thank you Jenna great video as usual!
Great job on hitting the newer trends. You are always so clear and informative. 💕
Thank you for this video. Great info and beautiful pics. Thanks for sharing.
❤thanks Jenna love your passion that you share be blessed ❤
Love this video. Thank you for your tips.😊
Loved this video! Thank you for your expertise and insight into decor.❤
The kind of things an ADD like me love love love, thank you so very much 🥰
Jenna, thanks for presenting the information in such an interesting and easy to understand manner.
Great video! I don’t like any of these new trends except scallop details. I guess I will only incorporate scallops, color and darker wood tones -- everything else can go.
Yay, I love red!
Thank you for the tips for 2024.❤
my issue with the designers interiors, is that their photos are photoshoped, which makes everything look 100%cohesive, as it wouldn't be in real life. their interiors are usually curated very carefully, as they would have access to choose from hundreds of pieces (usually kept at storage unitts, warehouses or fellow interior shops) , which a non-designer would not be doing. also, I find that trends, changing each year, make many people want to swap their interiors like they would buy a new tshirt each season - which is simply not sustainable - neither for your wallet, nor for our planet. This is why I like channels like yours (which are only very few here), as you show how to have a fresh look with things you have, or new things, which you can use at any space and any time, while still incorporate sth 'trendy' in a small scale if you crave for instagram-look. You can live beautifully, while not overbuying and overspending
So many good trends. That was great!
Enjoyed the 2024 trends.. thx for sharing
Very inspiring, thank you.❤
Love your channel! Awesome video Jenna👏💕
Thanks Jenna, as always good info and always something that anyone can do to add a little something.
I just purchased a brownish red accent chair from Wayfair. We built in 21 and I chose to go dark brown, creams and taupes. I love it.
thanks for sharing
Good suggestions. - It is funny how certain words "trend" in Interior decor channels. Everyone, it seems, likes to say "es-tetic" removing the "h" in the word. It is ES-THET-IC.
Nice overview! Things to consider…
One home goal of mine for 2024 is to board and batten the lower half of my powder room and put some Kelly Ventura botanical wallpaper on the top half. I hate the burgundy / red trend so much though, I cannot for the life of me see the beauty it makes me recoil.
In the U.K. it is very common to have walls covered in wallpaper in most of the house, at least as a feature wall.
Hello, great video.. Thank you for sharing. Mary❤
Beautiful content❤! Where is your lipstick and sweater from?
Mam great video and amazing ideas
Love your sweater! Where did you get it?

hi friend very good video
Can u help me accessorize a red brick fireplace mantel and large hearth. Cant paint it.
The maximalist trend is def not for me. I had anxiety just looking at some of those photos 😫
WIsh we could do some wallpaper but we live in Arizona and all the homes have textured sheet rock, Grrrrrrr
Throwing out all my furniture now.
Great video but 2024 design trends are definitely not for me though.
Happy Australia Day to all Jenna fans from down under! 🇦🇺
Love the Italian villa European look. Not a fan of the scallop look.

Everything old is new again. It seems that everything is going back to where we were in 20 or 30 years ago.
I think you have to really be careful with both the color of the wood you choose, and the amount. Yes, wood does add warmth, but it can also look heavy and dark. For my money, I want my spaces to be light and airy, classic and mostly neutral. Those are elements I don’t think will ever go out of style.
I love red and nevef changed my decor once everything went to gray, gray is not a color I like at all!!So I’m glad I left everything the way I love because now it’s back in style likd my wall that’s Venetian plaster I allways loved it ,so glad I didn’t paint it over thd color is so bold and beautiful!!
I wouldn't call it maximalism, it's more curated than that. It's a cross between traditional and transitional with pieces that are very personal and tell the inhabitants' story. It is warm, and welcoming as opposed to that endless grey trend with zero personality, and the endless buffalo check shiplap era. Glad those two are done. And signage - hallelujah signs are dead, bring on REAL antiques mixed with normal furniture.
I love all your videos, but I have to make them larger so I don’t see all your handwaving. You do too much with your hands it makes me dizzy.
